Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases:
✅ Product received is damaged
✅ Wrong product received
✅ Product has manufacturing defects
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Order Number
- Photos or videos of the product
- Reason for return
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
❌ Products damaged due to misuse by the customer
❌ Products returned without original packaging
❌ Change of mind after delivery (unless specifically mentioned on the product page)
❌ Personal care or hygiene products that have been used
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Method
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be transferred to the customer's bank account or UPI ID.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
